Valerie J. Long
Q: Who or what inspired you to become a writer?
First, my ever-demanding readers. Next perhaps, my boundless imagination, my creative mind demanding a vent, when my job won’t allow creativity. I read a lot, listen to music, play fantasy role-playing games, invent stories to entertain others all of the time. Sometimes nature triggers an image, sometimes I dream it.
Q: If you weren’t a writer, what would you be? Why?
Oh, I might be a mighty witch, I might be a huntress, I might even be a dragoness. I might be an engineer. Or an IT project manager. Wait, no – that’s what I already am.
Q: Favorite genres to read?
Q: What are your pet peeves?
Software that tries to be smarter than me, that tries to help me but does everything wrong. Worst one is my Word processor.
Q: What is something most people don’t know about you?
Most people don’t know that I write books. Not my parents, not my best friends. Strange, eh?
Q: Where else can we find you, other titles, or anything else you’d like to share?
